HOW to book the ROOM

一、tell us when do u want to book

tell us your name, phone,where are u come from, how many people, room type,check in day,check out day
 

OR use google form to contact us

二、Sure to book the room

     *國外的朋友-因國外不方便匯款，所以我們提供了2個定房方式

       1 ues paypal to pay 

       2 no need to pay to book the room- but need to provide the infromation

       name、contact number、Birthday-day、the plan ticket pic、join our facebook and contact us in fb

       share our facebook link in your fb and write the '' no need to pay to book the taipei room''

  (We dont get the money, so please make sure the booking,adn please contact us before 1 week u come)

三、We  get the infromation will contact u in 24 hours,

And  please check you get the confirm.

if you do not get the confirm will do not book the room.

So if you dont have the confirm please contact us again!!

租屋流程

一、詢問租金、租期是否有空房

   請利用line (id @ftm6265b) or wechat (id taipeilucylucy) or

   e-mail(taipeirooms5@gmail.com.tw) or 電話 +886970764288

告知姓名、電話、從哪裡來、人數、房型、進房日期、退房日期、預計抵達時間、e-mail

二、確定租房後

    *國內的朋友-房東會再提供匯款資料給您，請於次日下午3點前匯款，並告知匯款帳戶後五碼

     *國外的朋友-因國外不方便匯款，所以我們提供了2個定房方式

       1使用paypal付定金

       2免付定金的定房方式- 提供給我們以下資料

       姓名、聯絡電話、出生年月日、機票照片、加入5號公寓粉絲團私訊我們，

       並公開分享5號公寓fb連結，內容打『免訂金的台北住宿』

  (因為沒有收定金，所以請確定要訂房再訂喔，並於要過來前1個禮拜再和我們聯絡)

三、我們收到匯款或資料後，將在24小時內回覆確認已保留房間，收到確認資訊才算完成定房，

      如未收到，請和我們連絡確認，以確保有幫你保留到房間。
